Congratulations and welcome to UC Santa Cruz. We are so happy to have you and your student joining the Banana Slug family! We hope this online orientation will provide you with valuable knowledge, answer some of your questions, and dissipate any worry you may have.

This online orientation consists of brief overviews of resources from across campus, with links to each specific topic. Please discuss the information with your student and remind them to meet all deadlines.

It is important that the student learns to navigate the university and to advocate for themselves. The skills they learn through this process will support their social and academic success.
